• We do not guarantee job placements or legal residency outcomes, as these are dependent on external government criteria.

3. Integrity of Information

The success of your application depends on the honesty of the data provided. You represent and warrant that:

• All documents provided (Academic, Financial, Experience) are authentic and unaltered.
• Any discovery of fraudulent documents or misrepresentation will result in immediate termination of services without refund and may be reported to relevant authorities.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any portal credentials shared during the application process.

4. Professional Fees

Consultation and processing fees are non-refundable once the case processing or document assessment has commenced. Fees paid to third parties (Embassy fees, Medicals, Courier) are outside our control and follow their respective refund policies. All professional service charges are clearly outlined in your initial agreement before payment is accepted.

5. Limitation of Liability

Sydney Immigration, its officers, or employees shall not be held liable for any visa delays, rejections, or financial losses resulting from government policy changes, embassy processing times, or missing documentation from the client’s end. Our total liability is limited strictly to the professional service fee paid for the specific visa category.
