Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers to the questions we hear most often — about eligibility, timelines, fees, refusals and what happens after your visa is approved.

General Process

Getting Started

How do I know which visa category is right for me?

Start with a free consultation — we assess your goals, qualifications and timeline across every relevant pathway (study, work, business, family or PR) and recommend the category with the strongest realistic chance of approval.

How long does the whole process take, from first call to approval?

It depends heavily on the visa type — a tourist visa can be approved within days, while permanent residency or citizenship can take a year or more. We give you a realistic, case-specific timeline at your first consultation, not a generic estimate.

What happens after my visa is approved?

Our support doesn’t end at approval. We provide pre-departure briefings and settlement guidance, and remain a point of contact for questions that come up after you land.

Do I need to visit your office in person, or can everything be done remotely?

Most of our process — document review, filing and status updates — can be handled remotely by phone, video call and secure document upload. In-person meetings at our Kaithal office are available whenever you prefer them.

Fees & Eligibility

Costs, Guarantees & Your Chances

What are your consultation fees?

Your first consultation is completely free. Service fees depend on the visa category and complexity of your case, and are always agreed upfront in writing before we begin any paid work.

Do you guarantee visa approval?

No licensed consultancy can guarantee approval, since the final decision always rests with immigration authorities. What we do guarantee is a thorough, honest eligibility assessment and a meticulously prepared application.

Can you help if my visa was previously refused?

Yes — this is one of our most common enquiries. We review the refusal letter in detail, identify exactly why the application fell short, and rebuild a stronger case for reapplication or appeal.

I don’t meet the exact eligibility criteria I found online — is there still a pathway for me?

Often, yes. Eligibility rules have exceptions, alternate streams and flexibility that aren’t obvious from a general search. A proper assessment against your full profile is the only reliable way to know for certain.

Family & Ongoing Support

Your Family, Your Privacy, Your Next Steps

Can my spouse and children be included in my application?

Many visa categories allow you to include a spouse and dependent children, either in the same application or through a linked dependent visa. We’ll confirm exactly what applies to your chosen pathway.

Is my information kept confidential?

Yes. Every case is handled under strict confidentiality, and your documents and personal information are only ever used for the purpose of preparing and filing your application.

What if my personal or work circumstances change partway through the process?

Tell your case manager as soon as anything changes — a new job offer, a change in marital status, a new address. We’ll advise immediately on whether it affects your application and adjust your strategy if needed.

Choosing Your Path

Comparing Countries & Categories

How do I decide which country is right for me?

We compare your goals, budget, qualifications and timeline against the realistic pathways in each country you’re considering, rather than pushing one destination. Many clients arrive undecided between two or three countries and leave their first consultation with a clear recommendation.

What’s the difference between a points-based visa and an employer-sponsored one?

A points-based visa scores your own profile — factors like age, qualifications, experience and language ability — against a threshold, without necessarily needing a job offer in hand. An employer-sponsored visa is tied to a specific job and an employer willing to sponsor you. Many countries offer both, and we’ll assess which suits your situation.

Do all destinations require an English language test?

Most major English-speaking study and work destinations do, though the accepted tests and required scores vary. Some non-English-speaking destinations require a local language test instead, or none at all for certain categories — we confirm exactly what your pathway needs.

Can I change my mind about the destination country partway through?

Yes, this happens more often than you’d think. If your circumstances or preferences shift, we reassess your options for the new destination rather than starting completely from scratch wherever your existing documents remain valid.
