Sydney Immigration India provides immigration consultancy and advisory services, including eligibility assessment, documentation support and application filing assistance for study, work, business, spouse, family, permanent residency and citizenship pathways. We are not a government body, embassy or consulate, and we do not make visa or immigration decisions. All final decisions rest exclusively with the relevant government or immigration authority.
No consultancy can lawfully guarantee the approval of any visa, permit or immigration application, and we make no such guarantee. What we commit to is a thorough, honest eligibility assessment and a diligently and accurately prepared application based on the information and documents you provide. Approval timelines, requirements and outcomes are determined solely by the relevant immigration authority and can change without notice.
You agree to provide complete, accurate and truthful information and documentation, and to inform us promptly of any change in your circumstances that could affect your application. Delays, refusals or complications arising from incomplete, inaccurate or withheld information are not the responsibility of Sydney Immigration India.
Our initial consultation is free of charge. Where a paid service is required, applicable fees are agreed with you in writing before any paid work begins. Government, embassy, visa and third-party fees (such as English test fees or courier charges) are separate from our service fees and are payable directly to the relevant authority or provider unless otherwise agreed. Refund and cancellation terms for our own service fees are set out in our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.
We treat all client information and documentation as confidential, used solely for the purpose of assessing and preparing your application. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use and protect your information.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sydney Immigration India shall not be liable for any decision made by an immigration authority, embassy or consulate, for delays caused by third parties or changes in law or policy, or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services. Our total liability, where it does arise, is limited to the service fees actually paid to us for the specific engagement in question.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date, and continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from them are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Haryana.
